Welcome to Jiaxing Chuanfoo. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms govern all business transactions, including OEM and custom manufacturing projects.
This website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use only. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes related to inquiring about or purchasing our products. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the website at our sole discretion.
3. Products & Orders
All products listed on this website are subject to customization and availability. Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on specifications, pricing, and production timelines. Customers are responsible for providing accurate drawings, dimensions, and technical requirements. Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect pricing and delivery schedules.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Standard Payment
- 30% deposit before production
- 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy)
- Quotes valid for 30 days due to material/currency fluctuations
Alternative Arrangements
For long-term partners or high-volume orders, we can negotiate flexible payment plans (e.g., L/C at sight, OA). All terms must be confirmed in writing.
5. Production & Lead Time
Standard production lead time: 25–45 business days after deposit confirmation.
Timelines start once final drawings and materials are confirmed. Complex orders may require additional time.
Delays caused by design changes, material shortages, or force majeure will be communicated promptly. We are not liable for consequential damages due to delays.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping terms are based on Incoterms 2020. Standard terms: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo. Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes for CIF/DDP terms.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damages after shipment. Insurance can be arranged at buyer’s expense.
7. Quality Assurance & Inspection
We implement strict quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. Inspection reports, test records, and photos can be provided upon request.
Third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas) are welcomed before shipment. Any inspection costs shall be borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
8. Warranty & Claims
Warranty Period
12 months from shipment date, covering materials and workmanship under normal use.
Excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, or natural wear.
Claim Procedure
Any claims for quality issues must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photos or video evidence. We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution (replacement, repair, or compensation).
9. Intellectual Property
All customer-provided designs, drawings, specifications, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the customer. We strictly prohibit unauthorized use, reproduction, or sharing of customer IP.
Any tooling, molds, or fixtures developed for a specific order are owned by the customer, with storage and maintenance fees as agreed.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request. We will not disclose your business information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chuanfoo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or external factors beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the relevant order.
12. Cancellation & Refund
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If cancellation is requested before production begins, a 15% restocking/cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are evaluated based on production progress and incurred costs. No refunds will be issued after shipment.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, labor strikes, material shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall be submitted to arbitration in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, or as mutually agreed by both parties.
